Resistor Colour Code Solver is a small utility that works to calculate the resitence value from its colour code, and vice versa. As you know, all resistors have small bands of colours, which are those that identify the numeric value of that resitor.



Each colour has a value. Resistor Colour Code Solver has support for colour schemes, both for 4 and 5 band. You can specify which is the colour of each of the first three bands, while the last two are the multiplier and the tolerance (when they exist).



The program also includes a small Ohm calculator, a useful tool to calculate settings like potential, voltages and resistence, always when at least two of them exist. The user interface is very simple, and more comfortable than any previous program of this type. Just fill in the fields, indicate the corresponding colours or numerical values, and click on "Calculate" to get the results.
